Our story
Lomo Los Frailes, located in the northern area of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, began to be a quiet place, surrounded by countryside and with very few shops. But it all started to change in the 1970s and 1980s, when the city was growing and little by little this part of the periphery began to receive more attention. With the improvement of infrastructure and the development of the Tamaraceite"San Lorenzo" - Tenoya, new neighbors arrived and, with them, new opportunities.
In the '90s, the neighborhood started to change. Small businesses, supermarkets and basic services were opened that were giving life to the area. So, Lomo Los Frailes from being an almost rural area to becoming a reference point for those living in the surroundings.
